The distinction between black tea and puer tea:

1. making process : black tea is complete femented, when the production is stoped and the fermentation stops too. but puer tea is post-fermented. When you stop the procedure, the puer tea will continue the fermentation by itself during your storage. And that’s why the new black tea is always better than the old one, but about puer, there’s no time limited, the older the better.

2. the classifications: puer tea devided into two types, fresh tea and cooked tea. And the tea raw material must be large leaf tea leaves from Yunnan. But black tea devided into many kinds, small leaf black tea, Congou black tea and broken black tea and so on.and the row material is no limited.

3.the flavor: black tea water tastes some kinds of sweet, but puer tea water has some stale taste, the two kinds of tea has its own specialities, but black tea and puer tea(cooked tea) both are good for your stomach.

4.appearances: black tea is mainly loose tea, but puer tea is mainly compressed into pieces, cakes, bricks or other shapes.
